The Bazaar lives up to its hype of truly being Bazaar. Their eclectic menu to their modern design is what leads to their booked out reservations months in advance. I love that The Bazaar offers classic Spanish Tapas, however it’s their take on Molecular Gastronomy that has me in awe.
Not only are they beyond creative in recreating physical and chemical transformations, but the quality and taste is mind blowing. A must order always for me is their Philly Cheesesteak. They’ve created this hollow crisp air bread, in which they insert a white cheddar foam into with layers of wagyu beef carefully placed on top with chives & fleur de sel. Another item is their Tortilla De Patatas *New Way.
Be prepared to receive a vertical standing egg shell with a potato foam, slowly cooked egg, and caramelized onions. Immediately your waiter will tell you to mix all ingredients together with your spoon and enjoy. Finish off your meal with their Nitro Coconut Floating Island. A cool/cold to taste coconut meringue with liquid nitrogen floating above a pool of passion fruit. Jose Andres never fails to create an impeccable but truly playful menu which will always leave you wanting more.
